REVIEWS

Some choice quotes from leading critics on Skandar and Georgie's movie performances
As the mean-spirited jealous Edmund – who just wants a little respect – Keynes scowls and pouts like a pro. [The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe]

KIT BOWEN

Hollywood.com
No longer selfish, Edmund (Skandar Keynes, who can act) is still the only one who thinks, saving the day several times from the villains. [The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian]

SCOTT HOLLERAN

Box Office Mojo
Keynes has matured since he portrayed the petulant younger brother in the first Narnia film; now his discontent, tinged with envy and greed, has real substance. [The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader]

DAVID GRITTEN

The Telegraph
Unselfconscious and subtly expressive, Henley gives one of the most astonishing child performances I've seen in years – maybe since Drew Barrymore's in 'E.T.' ... Henley is the movie's soul. [The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe]

STEPHANIE ZACHAREK

Salon
Lucy (who is really the lead) could give lessons to Harry Potter about how to dial down the self-importance. A universe may hang in the balance, but hey, it's only a movie. [The Voyage of the Dawn Treader]

ROGER EBERT

Chicago Sun-Times
The one who really holds your attention is Henley. ... She's a quietly bewitching presence here, a performer who truly does seem to warrant her own cultlike following. [The Sisterhood of Night]
